Oops I Did It Again

I’m choosing not to see missing another day of this self imposed challenge as a failure.

The missing day was a busy one. I was up and out of the house fairly early to go to my parents’ place. I sorting a bit more of my stuff out, but also mainly just enjoyed hanging with them for a while.

In the meantime there was a modicum of chaos at home as the plumber finally came to fix the leaky tap in the bathroom. For reasons I don’t have the energy to go into this has involved waiting for a new bath to be fitted. There is no longer a leak but the work is not finished, again no energy to get into it right now, and so they will be back in the middle of next week to finish things off – hopefully!

The good news is that this means I no longer have live with the sound of a tinkling water feature upstairs. The bad news is that the day got away from me and posting here completely slipped my mind. However, I did get a great night of sleep!
