Hello September

I’m torn between “how is it already September?” and “yay, my birthday month has arrived!”

Here we are at the start of the final third of the year. We’ve just had the hottest of summers followed by a week of downpours and thunderstorms. The nights are drawing in and cozy season is about to kick in.

I am typing this with only an hour of today left and pondering whether to attempt to post a blog everyday this month. Nothing structured, no list of topics that everyone else is doing, just whatever I fancy posting about. I think I’ll sleep on it and decide in the morning.
