International Pop Overthrow Liverpool 2026 – The Schedule is OUT!
The Liverpool edition of International Pop Overthrow runs from May 24th to 31st this year. As ever it is at the Cavern Club Live Lounge and The Cavern Pub.
The schedule is now out and there are links to various webpages and social media for the artists involved, so you can sample the wares before you make you plan for the event. (I sense that there is at least one colour-coded spreadsheet being prepared by a regular attendee already!)
My planning method is to work out if I can manage to see all my friends play, then check out the rest to see if there’s anyone that piques my interest. I’ve begun prepping my event notebook for the occasion.
Unfortunately we are missing the first two days of the event due to even the cheaper hotels being insanely expensive. This is due to the event clashing with the end of the football season. Our preferred Travelodge was £250 for the first Sunday night! As result we aren’t actually arriving till the Tuesday. We are gutted this means missing Kim, Lee and Morris, but I guess them’s the breaks!
